TRANSDRIFT XXII

From September 3 to October 10, 2014 the TRANSDRIFT XXII expedition to the Laptev Sea was carried out. On September 6, the 20 Russian and German participants (see photograph and list below) left the port of Arkhangelsk on board RV Viktor Buynitskiy.
All in all 31 stations were carried out. Four seafloor observatories were recovered and three seafloor observatories were deployed once again for one year. One observatory was deployed for a period from September 19 to 24.
